Our production services
Mechanical works
The mechanical works include the manufacture of generator bases, enclosures and containers as well as control unit enclosures.
- Generator bases are manufactured from 3 to 5 mm sheet steel or as requested. They are robot welded and powder coated. The base features a fuel tank sized to allow 8 hours of continuous operation (or as requested) and a spill containment unit.
On request, the base-mounted tank capacity can be increased to allow 24 hours of generator autonomy (or more) at full load.
The base is fitted with a visual, digital or analog fuel gauge.
At the customer’s request, we can install an electric motor pump for automatic fuel tank refill or a hand pump for manual refill from external seasonal tanks.
- Generator enclosures are manufactured from 2 mm sheet steel or 1.5 mm galvanised sheet steel. They are powder coated; serially light grey (RAL7035) or to order. Additional enclosure openings for fuel hoses, power cables etc. can be provided on request. Likewise, enclosures can be shaped according to the customers’ space requirements (special enclosure dimensions, air outlet designs etc.). Enclosures provide noise attenuation in the range of 65 to 85dB(A)/7m.
- Generator containers of all dimensions (10- to 40-foot), are also manufactured at our production premises. The containers are constructed of sheet steel, its thickness varying according to the generator requirements. The containers are powder coated; serially light grey (RAL7035) or to order. Every container has a door at the front, where the control cabinet may be installed, and a double door at either side for easier access, repair and servicing. Containers provide noise attenuation in the range of 48 to 85dB(A)/7m.

Electrical works
The electrical works comprise the manufacture of all size generator control cabinets, which can either be stand-alone or installed in the enclosing or container.
We make generator control units for all operating modes, thus including:
manual, automatic, utility paralleling, paralleling (two or more generators) and peak shaving.
The electrical works also include the signalling equipment installation as well as monitor and generator wiring and connection to the generator control cabinet.
